Copyright concerns
If you believe material available through AgeWise infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our designated contact using the information below. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create legal liability.
Information required in a notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL and a clear description of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification identifying the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, consent to appropriate jurisdiction, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and technically applicable, AgeWise may restrict access by users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We may forward a notice or counter-notice to the party that supplied the disputed material.
